In 2007, when we were developing our thoughts as to what and how we could deliver pertinent and relevant information in an educational forum to our employer clients, we pulled together a beta group of our clients. We asked them what topics and how best to deliver the content. It was our beta group that came up with what we know today as The inFORUM. The delivery would evolve to be a breakfast workshop, with speaker-driven topics that tend to be HR centric (even giving SHRM HRCI credits), including benefits compliance, health care reform, evidence-based wellness, workers’ compensation law, labor law and much more — but sales presentations are prohibited. The inFORUM has continued to evolve, but it remains a breakfast-driven event with speakers delivering relevant working knowledge that can be practically used. On average, over 30 different employers will attend this monthly program to learn … and to, no doubt, break bread together in the finest of southern hospitality networking.
The inFORUM is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at The North Charleston Marriott, from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
